Ciputra Hanoi Badminton Club – Excellent performance at the International Prize Ciputra Hanoi Vietnam Challenge

In the afternoon of 25th March 2018, the Finals and Closing Match of the International Badminton Prize of Ciputra Hanoi Vietnam Challenge 2018 were held at the Tay Ho Stadium. The tournament was closed after 6 days with the exciting and successful competition, with dramatic and fierce battles between professional badminton players of the International Badminton World.

The content of the finals match includes: Men’s singles match/women’s singles match/doubles men’s match/women’s doubles match were played with many surprises for badminton fans nationwide in general and in Hanoi in particular. A total of $ 25.000 was awarded to the owners of the event after the awards ceremony. Details as follows:

  • Men’s doubles champion: Do Tuan Duc& Pham NhuThao (Ciputra Hanoi team) – Vietnam.
  • Men’s singles champion: Kento MOMOTA (No. 1 seed) from Japan.
  • Women’s singles champion: Dinar Dyah AYSTINE (No. 3 seed) from Indonesia.
  • Men’s doubles champion: Maneapong JONGJIT &Nathakam YORDPHAISONG from Thailand.
  • Women’s doubles champion: Hana BAEK &Yurim LEE from Korea.

Ms. Duong Thi Lien – Head of Badminton Hanoi shared the joy of this victory together with the members of Organizing Committee. The Badminton Club of Hanoi established in 2005 and has received directly financial support from CIPUTRA HANOI since its inception. To achieve this excellent performance, it is necessary to train the talented managers and coach the club over the past 13 years, along with persistent cooperation from sponsors CIPUTRA HANOI when The majority of the funding is spent on training and playing abroad for the outstanding athletes of the club to gain international experience.

All athletes Badminton Club of Ciputra Hanoi was present at Tay Ho Sporting Event Hall at the beginning of the finals match to cheer for Duc and Thao. It can be said that QT Match of Ciputra Hanoi Vietnam Challenge 2018 tournament opened a new horizon for this pair of athletes with many opportunities for training and competition in Japan, Korea in this year. Mr. Le Quy Don, Chairman of the Hanoi Badminton Federation, immediately rewarded 02 outstanding athletes of the club at the Sporting Event Hall on afternoon 25th March 2018; besides, the former athlete Tran Khanh Duong and a Hanoi business sent two other incentive bonus.
