Especially, Ciputra Hanoi was recognized as the first large-scale green urban area in Hanoi, which laid the foundation for sustainable development in the model of building urban model in Vietnam. So far, Ciputra Hanoi has been the largest international community in Hanoi with 7,000 residents from more than 74 countries around the world.
