Citra West Lake City Development Company Limited (“the Company”) would like to respectfully announce that up to present, the Company has not yet planned to sell and has not yet allowed or entered into corporation agreement with any third party to conduct any promotion/offering for offer/sale/receiving deposit(s)/receiving housing purchase orders registration(s) related to low-rise housing products on the Land lot marked I.C.41, P Area (“Land Lot”).
All current activities such as promotion, offering for sale, receiving deposit(s), receiving housing purchase order registration(s), etc. of salespersons/brokers, real estate offices, agents related to low-rise housing products at the Land Lot are completely without the permission/consent of the Company; The Company shall not be responsible for any information on the real estate trading market, or any transactions including but not limited transfer deposits or money for housing purchase order registration related to low-rise housing products on the Land Lot to any salespersons, brokers, real estate offices, agents.
