In the morning 23 November 2021 , Urban Infrastructure Development Investment Corporation (UDIC) celebrated its 50th anniversary and was honored to be received the First Class Independence Medal at Hanoi Opera House.
Urban Infrastructure Development Investment Corporation (UDIC) formerly known as the Ground Leveling Company under the Hanoi Construction Department, was established in 1971 to meet the requirements of construction and construction of the capital. Over 50 years of construction and development, UDIC has overcome many difficulties and challenges, has made great progress, becoming one of the four significant corporations under Hanoi People’s Committee with a prestigious brand name in the field of real estate investment and construction.
Over the years, UDIC has implemented many key projects and works in Hanoi and the whole country such as: Yen Hoa and Trung Yen New Urban Areas, Ciputra Hanoi International City; Ring Road 3, road leading to Thanh Tri Bridge and Vinh Tuy Bridge, the extended road No 5, Bach Mai Hospital, Hanoi Police Headquarters, Quang Ninh Provincial Offices… Traditionally, UDIC has been celebrated with many noble awards such as: Victory Medal, Labor Medal, Thang Long Cup, Thanh Giong Cup, Top 10 prestigious contractors…
Currently, UDIC has 37 member companies, including 6 joint ventures with foreign countries. Ciputra Hanoi is one of the first successful foreign joint ventures of UDIC, the first green international township in Hanoi – a pioneering real estate development model for the domestic investors to learn from.
