The BrandLaureate – The world branding awards is the highest award for brand and global branding. In 2018, Nam Thang Long Urban Area – Ciputra Hanoi has been honored to be awarded the BrandLaureate Special Edition World Awards 2018 Vietnam – Best Brand Property Development – Satellite City.
The BrandLaureate has been founded by the Asia Pacific Brands Foundation (APBF), the only branding and branding development in the world, since 2005. The awards are held in various countries with the aim of honoring the brands and branding including Vietnam.
The awards are given to brands or individuals that make significant contributions to the development of a brand, business or sector in Vietnam. Winners at the awards are the brands selected by Vietnamese consumers and carefully appraised by council of experts.
The awards are given to many different fields. In the field of real estate, Ciputra Hanoi has been honored to be awarded the “Special Edition World Awards – Best Brand Property Development – Satellite City.

Previously, similar to other brands, Ciputra has overcome many competitors to win based on four criteria: brand strategy, brand culture, unified brand communication and brand creativity and effectiveness.
Ciputra has also won the “first ticket” in this world’s prestigious brand award when receiving the most popular votes from customers and markets.
