CIPUTRA HANOI SUPPORTS HOUSEHOLDS IN PHU THUONG WARD, TAY HO, AFFECTED BY YAGI TYPHOON

On the afternoon of October 7, a support program was held at Phu Thuong Ward People’s Committee headquarters for residents severely affected by Super Typhoon No. 3 and subsequent flooding, which caused significant loss of crops and property.

Attending the meeting to support struggling families were Mr. Pham Xuan Duc, Secretary of Phu Thuong Ward Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Van Tuong, Chairman of the Ward; Mr. Nguyen Van Binh Lam, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Thuong Ward; and Mr. Tran Quoc Toan, Director of Ciputra Hanoi International  City.

During the meeting, Mr. Tran Quoc Toan – Director of Ciputra Hanoi International City, expressed his commitment to the community.

In accordance with the directives from the Prime Minister and in response to the local government’s call for support, Ciputra Hanoi International City donated 100 gift packages valued at VND 200 million to encourage households facing in difficulties in Phu Thuong Ward, Tay Ho. Mr. Nguyen Van Binh Lam, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee in Phu Thuong stated that most of the severely affected households were traditional peach farmers who suffered heavy losses after the storms and floods, especially those living close to the Red River.
